Information about processing and use of personal data

1) This document contains information on the processing and use of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) - hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation".

2) Administrator of the personal data is the supplier, ie ORNEX, spol. s r.o, Palackého 3145/41, 466 01 Jablonec nad Nisou, IČ: 41324960, e-mail: eshop@ornex.cz, tel .: 483 448 202 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"). The data will also be processed by BARTON STUDIO s.r.o., Táborská 1253/17, Východní Předměstí, 326 00 Plzeň, ID: 28035216, which provides hosting and technical support of e-shop. This processing will take place on the basis of a processing agreement concluded with the Administrator.

3) Personal data in the range Name, Surname, Street, Number, City, Postcode, Country, E-mail, Phone, Note and Ordering Data will be processed from the moment of placing an order based on the legal title of fulfillment of the legal obligations of the Administrator, on the basis of the Income Tax Act No. 586/1992 Coll. and the Income Tax Act No. 235/2004 Coll. The period for which the data will be processed is a maximum of 4 years. After this time, data will be deleted.

4) Administrator collects cookies on his website.
Cookies are small data files that make the visited websites remember the actions and settings of individual users who have made them, so they do not need to re-enter the data. Cookies are stored on individual computers using a web browser. Cookies are not a hazard, they do not serve to get any sensitive personal information, but they are important for privacy protection. We do not use cookies to determine the identity of website users or abuse of credentials.
Another group is third-party cookies (such as Google Analytics for traffic analysis of a specific website).
